Staycation at M Social

Nothing makes me happier than going for a holiday. But my pocket is not deep enough to allow me to travel every now and then. Hence, going for staycation is the next best thing to do. Recently, I have visited M social and here are 5 reasons why you should check it out too.

Loft rooms
To be honest, there isn’t many hotels in Singapore that offer you that high ceiling in Singapore. M Social is one of the few. So you can enjoy saying hi to your friends from the mezzanine level or even take a beautiful picture in the space. Best of all, some of the rooms also offer you with a Balcony/terrace.

Compact room yet full of amenities
Usually I will choose to stay in the room and enjoy the amenities whenever I am on a staycation. Hence, I am glad that the hotel provides strong wifi, nespresso coffee machine, mini fridge, safe, blackout curtains, Grohe bathroom accessories, bath rodes as well as Bigelow toileteries which smell totally amazing. Of course, the bed is also very comfy and great for cuddle cuddle.

Instagram worthy Hotel
Designed by famous French visionary Philippe Starck, M Social is also a very instagram worthy hotel which shout more pictures please! Be it in the room, in the hotel lobby, or even the restaurant (Beast and Butterflies), there are so many places that are so pretty. So don’t be shy to take more photographs for memory keeping sake.

Facilities!!!
Besides having a gym and an outdoor swimming pool on the rooftop area, there is also a DIY laundry area for travellers to do some washing. Oh yes, not forgetting the free shuttle bus services to make getting around easier. On the side note, there is also free parking for people who drive. Do remember to park on the ground floor just outside the beautiful and intricating M Social wall mural.

Food as the way of life
Singaporeans are often people who live to eat and that including myself. Beast and Butterflies is one such restaurant that is located on the ground level to satisfy the foodie in us. In the morning, this is also where the in house breakfast is served. I like it that you can even do a take away of the coffee/ tea if you want. Oh yes, one must also try the eggs and pancakes made by AUSCA, the breakfast chef. One can also get to try the in house beer or wine during Happy Hour at an affordable price from $10 onwards.

All in all, it was a wonderful stay and I really like having a glass of beer in hand while people watching at Beast and Butterflies in the evening and enjoy the occassional breeze.
