In the recent years, more and more people are into wellness and eating healthier. Hence, I am glad that PAUL Bakery has launched a menu that focuses on Well-Being. PAUL Bakery is going to show us that healthy food doesn’t mean that it got to be boring or bland.
Besides the superaliment ($19.90), a salad that is packed with superfood such as quinoa and Goji berries as well as edamame, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, kale and pecans mixed in mustard dressing, there is Maple Soy Baked Salmon & Soba ($27.90), a maple soy baked salmon with soba, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, rocket leaves and sesame dressing.
One can also enjoy Keto Chicken Roulade ($24.90), a baked chicken spinach roulade served with sautéed mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, mixed greens, grain mustard dressing. Yes, you heard me right. PAUL Bakery is also serving keto options and this chicken roulade is moist and juicy despite using chicken breast. There is also another chicken breast ($11.90) item which is sandwiched between a multigrain baguette and layered with tomatoes, romaine lettuce and mustard mayonnaise.
Oh yes, for those who love chocolate tarts, PAUL Bakery has introduced a trio of 8cm french chocolate tarts. Filled with Valrhona guanaja 70% dark chocolate with three different toppings – crunchy hazelnuts, sweet strawberries and sea salt flakes, these decadent are available at $7.50 each and are available till May only. Do give it a try, my favourite one is the one with hazelnut. So good that it is good for any cheat day.
