The bar scene in Singapore has been very vibrant. But what I really like about it is that the bars are always coming up with new menu to woo Singapore cocktails drinkers. Recently, CIN CINhas refreshed its cocktail menu with 12 new concoctions. So let’s check them out.
Before we start drinking, let’s line our stomach with some food. Some of the favourite of the night include this Honey Soy Chicken Wings as well as Spicy Sriracha Buffalo Wings. They can be ordered individually ($16++ ) or you can also have them as part of the Fox Platter for $48++. We like how the wings remained crispy even when they are coated with those finger licking good sauces. For those who like some heat in your food, the Spicy Sriracha Buffalo Wings come with a fiery kick which would be good to go with a cocktail like Sweet Lah You that is a sweeter and refreshing cocktail.
For those who are looking for a more substantial bites, there are also items such as Chicken Quesadilla as well as Truffle Cheeseburger Sliders which are easy to eat without creating a mess.
Made with a base of Hendrick’s Gin, shaken with cold-pressed watermelon juice and cucumber syrup, Revitalize is one drink that is good to start the evening with. It is refreshing and good for the recent sweltering weather. Alternatively, Gin & Juice is your next best bet. Aerated before serving, the effervescence made this cocktail a nice sweet treat.
Tea and Coffee lovers can also try Gin-Tea-Ni or the Kopi Kaki’s. As a coffee lover, I am more inclined to the Kopi Kaki’s as it has the lovely aroma of the coffee. Concocted with Kyrö Dark Gin, Mancino Kopi Vermouth, Campari, Caffe Foam and garnished with Valrhona Chocolate, I feel that the best way to enjoy it is to bite some chocolate and sip some of the cocktail. It gives it a nice velvety finish.
Umami Vesper is the highlight of all the cocktails that we have tried that night. I like the savoury notes from inhouse konbu infused Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin. The seawood saltiness really make this a very enjoyable drink for me. Do give it a try if you are at Cin Cin.
