You know July is a really hot month to be out in the sun, so beat the 2 hour wait at Man Man Unagi and head to Teppei Syokudo Plaza Singapura for this special Teppei X Man Man pop-up collaboration only for the month of July and August!
Since the tradition of eating unagi (eel) on the doyo-no-ushi-no-hi of summer is taken very seriously in Japan, Teppei San decided to work with what is undisputedly the best unagi-ya in town, Man Man to commemorate this unique culinary day. All the live unagis are grilled at YCP’s central kitchen and served in this new outlet in Plaza Singapura B2. Now I can also have them with Teppei’s famed Kaisendon!
This year doyo-no-ushi-no-hi falls on July 20th which is Thursday!
Teppei Syokudo PS is also the second outlet after Ion Orchard to have the DIY Kaisen Don where customers are able to design their own Kaisen Don based on their preference (from $8.80~)
