Cold Storage’s annual Flavours of the World Fair is here again, this time at the Plaza Singapura Main Atrium from 26 July till 7 August 2016.
The fair is smaller in scale in this year’s edition, but what it lacks in variety is compensated by healthier and high quality products like The Daily Crave Lentil Chips (which come in flavours like Tomato Basil, Spicy Sriracha and Himalayan Pink Salt!), the 80% less fattier Eatrageous’ Crunchy Mac n’ Cheese as well as the Zero percent guilt free Smart Fries from New York. And all these are limited only to Cold Storage!
The Moët Ice Imperial, also exclusive to Cold Storage’s is making its retail debut at the fair. It is the world’s first ever champagne to be drunk with ice. Shoppers can also have the option of sampling the fruity bubbly at $16 a pop.
With SG51 coming along, get to also try Singapore’s first blue berry wine brand, Blue Sauvage which work directly with blueberries cooperative in Northeastern China to produce two varieties of unique berry spirits guaranteed to get some conversations going.
From Friday-Sunday, fans of raclette will be delighted to hear that Jean Perrin Raclette Cheese from the French-Swiss Alps will be offered at the fair. Composing of seven cheeses, the Provolone, Reblochon, Gruyere, Cream Cheese, Mascarpone, Cheddar and Parmesan, the raclette, which is a blend of melted cheese on potatoes or bread is a rare traditional Swiss fare that Marché does not even serves!
Cold Storage also brought back the Hokkaido Lavender Soft Serve Ice Cream which was a sold out hit at Savour Singapore earlier this year. Antoinette’s chilli crab and salted egg yolks croissants, amongst Irish Brown crabs, Coromandel Pacific oysters and Wagyu on the sidelines are just some of the icing on the cake.
With most, if not all of these food items only available in Cold Storage, look no where else!
