享乐食品 Emporium Shokuhin

去年开业的享乐食品(Emporium Shokuhin)位于滨海广场(Marina Square),是集合了餐厅、咖啡店、生鲜产品及食品采购于一体的一站式概念日式商场。享乐食品里边一共有6间餐厅,一间咖啡厅以及一个便当简餐区,今次试吃的是其中三家餐厅。

Burosu Honten
“超级混合”拉面Burosu Ehime Super Blend Ramen ($16.8)
第一站先来到Burosu Honten,是享乐食品里专售拉面及饺子的拉面馆。新推出的 “超级混合”拉面的“超级”之处就在于汤底混合了猪骨汤及海鲜汤,味道非常浓郁,面条也Q弹有嚼劲。

和牛饺子配味增蒜香蛋黄酱Wagyu Beef Gyoza with Garlic Miso Mayo ($8.8)
另一款新推出的餐点是配上味增蒜香蛋黄酱的和牛饺子,一般吃到的日式饺子都是猪肉馅的,但这款饺子是牛肉馅,而且用的是和牛。比起猪肉馅,和牛馅更带些嚼劲,肉汁也丰富。特调的味增蒜香蛋黄酱也使饺子更添滋味。

Senmi Sushi
海鲜丼Kaisen Don(前)& Omakase丼(后)($21.80 每份)
第二站则是提供各类海鲜丼饭、生鱼片及寿司的餐厅Senmi Sushi,所使用的食材都由日本新鲜进口。最近也新推出了两款丼饭——海鲜丼和Omakase丼。其中Omakase丼所选用的生鱼片是依据当天所能采办的新鲜生鱼片而决定,非日日相同。除了生鱼片新鲜之外,鱼片下方的醋饭也让人惊艳,口感软糯、醋香四溢,与生鱼片配搭得相当好。

活力寿司卷Dynamite Maki ($16.8)
在Senmi Sushi除了海鲜,也可试试这道带和牛的寿司卷——活力寿司卷。这款寿司卷里边包的是天妇罗炸虾,卷外则是牛肉片,外撒天妇罗炸脆,再配上浓稠的酱汁,好一个“活力”满满的组合。牛肉比起海鲜更带嚼劲, 搭配海鲜丼饭,口感更加丰富了起来。

Umi+Vino
48小时炖煮和牛,配芦笋与马铃薯泥 48hr Braised Wagyu Beef, Asparagus, Mash ($32)
比起其他享乐食品的餐厅,外观上Umi+Vino则更加摩登也不怎么日式,但其主打是以日式食材料理的现代菜色。譬如这道炖煮48小时的和牛,上桌前再稍加烧烤,既能品尝到和牛外部的焦香,里面的肉更是入口即化,是今晚的亮点之一。

爱媛县鱼派Ehime Fish Pie with Cream Sauce ($24)
爱媛县是日本渔获非常丰富的地区之一,这道非常西式料理的鱼派,选用的鱼也都根据当天所能进口最新鲜的鱼来决定。奶油鱼肉非常鲜香,而烤制的派皮再沾着奶油吃也很有滋味。

昆布意面与北海道扇贝Konbu Pasta with Hokkaido Scallop Sashimi ($22)
这道意大利冷面(Cold Pasta)融合了意式和日式的做法,面条用的是意大利细面(Capellini),调料食材则都是日式的昆布及北海道扇贝,非常清爽可口。

Oysters ($8每颗)
餐厅也售卖生蚝,每星期都有3次的货运新鲜运抵餐厅。喜欢生蚝的食客都能在这里点上一杯好酒,大啖生蚝一番。
