With 500- day grain fed cows who are also feeding on chocolate, diners can enjoy the oyster blade of the Mayura Full-blood Wagyu from Australia that has a fine buttery texture and subtle nutty finish.

Some of the favourite sides such as caramelised sweet potatoes, buttery mashed potatoes, corn and yorkshire pudding are spotted together with the roasts! A line of condiments and sauces to marry the meat selection are available too. My dearest, please please don’t forget to get your hands on those slabs of homemade anchovy butter and TRUFFLE BUTTER to have it with the meat! Spotless marriage between the two!
