Thailand’s Stretchiest Cheese Toast “Say Chiizu” is here in Singapore

Thailand’s most popular Hokkaido-style cheese toast, Say Chiizu, is finally here in Singapore!

Say Chiizu’s famous stretchy cheese is made with specially imported Japanese milk and a blend of fresh cheeses such as mozzarella to create the optimum texture for that unmistakable ‘cheese-pull’. But staying true to the brand’s emphasis on using quality ingredients, there are no additives or preservatives.

There are 3 flavours available: Original, Chocolate and Charcoal toasts, each is priced at $3.80. The cheese is served between crisp slices of pillowy homemade Hokkaido milk toast.

I had fun of pulling the cheese half a meter apart and the cheese is light and has a sweet savoury taste. Among the 3 flavours, my personal preference is the original one as the Hokkaido milk toast complements with the stretchy cheese and has a nice sweet aftertaste. After having all 3 types of toasts at one go, I still crave for more.

The brand’s signature range of cheese toast and selected items will be served at the kiosks while the full menu that will include cheese fries and drinks will be unveiled at the café which will be opening in central Singapore in February.
