From Christmas to New Year and upcoming Chinese New Year, everywhere is packed with people. If you are looking for a cafe to spend a quiet afternoon, you should check out Supply & Demand’s latest additional in Novena.
Located at LKC School of Medicine in Novena, the NEW Supply & Demand outlet hold a seating capacity of 200 pax. Away from the hustle and bustle yet a stone away from Novena MRT station, this venue is perfect for business luncheon, afternoon catch up session or even cosy dinner.
Lovers of oysters should not miss the Fresh Oysters ($2 each) at Supply & Demand Novena. The oysters were fresh and plump yet pocket friendly. So what are you waiting for?
J is a lover of french fries and she could eat that everyday. I am very sure that if you are like J, you will love the wide selection of crispy fries served with generous toppings at Supply & Demand Novena. There is a total of 12 different types of fries available for sharing from the classic Garlic Truffle Fries, Bolognese Dirty Fries, Guacamole Fries and even Raclette Cheese Fries.
We tried Dutch Fries ($16) and Okonomiyaki Fries ($16). If you like fries with peanut sauce, try the Dutch Fries. I prefer the latter as I am a huge fan of all the toppings on the Okonomiyaki Fries – Nitsune Sauce, Japanese Mayo, Bonito Flakes, Furikake…etc These are so addictive that I almost order another portion! Oh yes, you can also switch to Sweet Potato Fries at a top up of $1.
The Four Cheese Pizza at Number 5 on Emerald Hills has always been my must have pizza when I craved for a cheese pizza but when I tried Seven Cheese Pizza ($30) at Supply & Demand Novena, it totally changed my mind. With Mozzarella, Smoked Scarmoza, Gorgonzola, Taleggio, Shaved Parmesan, Raclette Cheese…etc generous over the thin and crispy pizza crust, the pizza was cheesy yet balanced without getting overwhelmed with the flavours of the cheese. Very addictive indeed!
If you have a tummy space for another pizza, try the Laksa Pizza (from S$26) which is exclusively available at Supply & Demand Novena. This is literally like eating laska in a dry version without the noodles. Made ala minute, the pizza crust has a layer of Laksa Cream spread evenly before the ingredients such as Mackerel Otah, Shrimps, Squid, Beancurd Puff, Desiccated Coconut are generously distributed. Lastly, the pizza was topped with an egg in the center that was cooked till the yoke was still runny to give the pizza that rich and creamy flavour.
Besides having new items on the menu with wallet-friendly prices, there is no GST nor Service Charge at Supply & Demand Novena. Do check out the place and share with me if you enjoy the ambiance as well as the food as much as I do.
