One of my fav got to be the Briolette Pistachio with Lemon Mascarpone Yule Log. The yule log consists of Raspberry and blueberry Jelly, Pistachio sponge, Lemon Mascarpone mousse, Vanilla Crumble Base which is encased with a purple glaze. This is definitely a crowd winner with a balanced of sweetness and tanginess.

Can’t say that I love it but it is addictive enough for me to reach out for another one. This is definitely a good idea for potluck party where one can have more than 1 choice of sweets. If not, the Whimsical Pies–TA “Signature 10” ($68/0 is also another good choice as it contains 10 assorted slices of Windowsill Pies’s all times favourites.
