If Twilight is your thing, you would want to miss Dracula “Blood Is Life”, a thrilling stage show which is running now at Resorts World Theatre, Resorts World Sentosa until 13th of November 2016. Adapted from Bram Stoker’s classic vampire novel, this is literally the world most famous horror story coming alive! Be prepared to be in awe with the lavish stage show boasts an enormous and stunning design by veteran theatre designer, Sean Cavanagh, (Joseph & The Technicolour Dreamcoat, Rat Pack Live In Las Vegas) spectacular lighting by Knight Of Illumination Award winner Ben Cracknell (London Olympic Ceremonies 2012, Annie, The Rise and Fall of Little Voice).
From the set to the cast to the choreography of the different scenes in the play, it was almost flawless. So much so that I could feel the intense emotions of the different characters and the grip of fear whenever Court Dracula appear. Although it is not those light-hearted entertainment but the stage effects as well as the performance of the cast are admirable. Definitely a must watch for any fan of the Court Dracula novel.
