A Blossoming Spring at Marina Mandarin

Although Singapore is a country with no four seasons, I like how in the month of february Singaporeans would celebrate the arrival of spring. This year, Marina Mandarin has introduced scrumptious dining menus and takeaway delights at Peach Blossoms, a Halal-certified Chinese New Year-themed buffet spread at AquaMarine as well as catering packages for private reunions, and a special 20% discount for room stays.

Marina Mandarin CNY

The Chinese New Year Menu starts from $158 per person (minimum of 2 pax) with lou hei included. The Prosperity Salmon Yu Sheng with Crispy Whitebait and Nashi Pear is well played out with the layering of different textures.
