So what does natural wine means?
Although there are many interpretations, to The Straits Wine Company, natural wine is made with the least or no interventions. Leaving the wine making to nature is what sets natural winemakers apart. The beauty of natural wines make the differences between each grape variety more significant, require no filtration and minimum addition of sulphur during bottling! Sounds good isn’t it? It is like tasting wine at its purest form! Who is with me?
