Espresso martini ($17) |
We started the night with a choice of 3 cocktails. The Espresso martini is concocted using espresso shot from the single origin of the day (aka coffee bean of the day), Kahlua & Vodka. Perhaps because Club Meatballs is using espresso shot instead of coffee flavouring, the coffee aroma lingers. Love it!!!

Gin Basil Smash ($17) |
The Gin Basil Smash is concocted using Gin, basil and lemon juice and serve with in-house dehydrated lime slice. If you like something sourish and with high alcohol content, this might be the one for you.

Negroni ($17) |
Served with a sphere ice, Negroni is a cocktail made with Gin, Gran Classico, Carpano Antica. Among the 3, my favourite is the Espresso martini. 😉

Huevos con chorizo |
A Spanish dish made with eggs and Chorizo, served with slices of toasted Ciabatta. I was told that this dish is best enjoyed by cutting the eggs into small pieces. It is also good to know that the Chorizo is made in-house.

Sobrassada and gorgonzola bruschetta ($10.50) |
One of my favourites of the night, I like how the creamy gorgonzola cheese paired with Indian inspired spiced sobrassada.

Ricotta, mango, walnuts and honey bruschetta ($9) |
To be frank, this is the first time I had a sweet version of a bruschetta. While some at the table were commenting that this should be a dessert, I like the combination of all the elements in this dish. While the bread is thin and crispy, the fruitiness and sweetness from the mango & berries complements the homemade ricotta cheese. Definitely a delightful and refreshing starters for me.

Wagyu beef and rosemary balls with onion & red wine sauce & mashed potato ($19.50) |
Five massive golf-ball sized wagyu beef meatball on homemade mashed potato. I am totally sold by the mashed pototo, so smooth yet there are bits of potato in every mouthful. Love the touch of the textual bite.

Iberico pork and fennel with salsa verde & fresh papardelle ($19.50) |
Homemade papardelle is so thin and springy that I would love to have more if not for my exploding tummy.

Lemon meringue with caramelised pineapple and pistachios ($12) |
According to the PR, the best way to have this dessert is to scoop from the top to the bottom and enjoy the burst of flavours in the mouth. A good mix of nuttiness, acidity and sweetness, which I think a lot of ladies would find it delightful.

White chocolate cheesecake with almond crumble and berries ($12) |
Richly packed with anti-oxidants on a dainty white chocolate cheesecake with almond crumble base. Definitely a sweet way to end the night.
