Working in a highly stressful environment, I am always looking for places that can take my mind off work. Recently, I have discovered The Garden Restaurant, an unique dining restaurant inside Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa. Oh boy, this place is like a holiday resort without taking a flight!
Housed in a charming conservation building, The Garden Restaurant shares a beautiful outdoor garden and peaceful nature-inspired surroundings with the resort’s luxurious So SPA.
The moment you stepped into into the pool area where the alfresco dining is, it feels so much as if I am not in Singapore. There is even a mini man-made waterfall nearby.
Ah ha, I cannot resist an #OOTD when the surrounding is so beautiful. Sorry I digressed. Actually, I was at The Garden Restaurant with Katherine to check out the newly revamped menu.
Okies, back to the restuarant, it is a beautiful space with french window. Oh, how I love the beautiful natural lighting in the restaurant.
Sorry, it is too hard to resist another #OOTD.
Look at those windowsill, too beautiful to resist, right? I am sorry that I digressed again. I think I have a super soft spot for white french windows with natural lighting shining in.
Another of my weakness is roti aka bread. These homemade breads simply made me want to eat more. So soft and fluffy with a crusty exterior, why so good!? Did I also mention that the breads are made in house daily with different flavors on rotating basis.

Conveniently located right above The Garden restaurant, Villa des Enfants offers a multitude of activities for young guests from ages 4 to 11 to enjoy. The little piece of heaven dedicated to the precious little ones sees a room with pirate-themed wall decals where they can climb into a mini-fort and play Captain Hook, engage in some Art & Craft activities with the in-house supervisor or pour over a collection of multi-
lingual classics and well-loved animating story books. The engaging Wii Dance Challenge with playback video features allow parents to catch up on the dance moves they have missed, while the all-time favourite cooking class – available on Saturdays & Sundays, 3.00pm to 4.00pm – is always a hit with the children.
Admission to Villa des Enfants is complimentary for all Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa in-house residents for first two hours, with an additional charge of SGD 10++ per hour per child thereafter. The same privilege applies to diners and So SPA guests who have a same-day receipt with minimum spending of SGD 180.
