I believe everyone has a dream at one point or another. But more often than not, something might have happened halfway while pursuing our dreams and we didn’t follow through. TACT is an online womenswear label founded by Aggy low, a Fashion/Beauty blogger. She has this dream to have her own line of clothes since young. Despite all the negative comments and people dissuading her, she did not give up. Finally in mid Sept last year, TACT has launched its very first collection with many items sold out in no time. Of cos the story doesn’t just stop there la.
Moving forward, TACT is launching its very new S L A T E by TACT summer collection this evening at 8pm.
S L A T E by TACT is the brainchild of Aggy. Each and every design has been carefully crafted and inspected to the very details to ensure the best quality in fabric and workmanship.
In these series, you can expect launches over a period of a year in 4 different series with designs in monochromatic colours.
I was privileged to be invited to the preview of the latest collection at Honeyz Paint House. Honeyz Paint House is actually an event space/ photography studio set up by Juliana, another fellow blogger. During the event, both the pretty entrepreneurs shared about the blood and sweat that has been put in to this upcoming Summer collection.
One of the dresses (the white dress that Aggy is wearing) is really a master piece that Aggy has put in almost 4 months to finish. Down to the details on how chiffon can give girls that beautiful sashay when they wear this dress. It has gone through a lot of changes before you see the end product presented here.
There was even a dessert table set up to entertain the invited guests.
It was quite a good show up with many beauty and fashion bloggers. I was so glad to be able to meet some new friends and catch up with Cassandra, Aggy and Juliana. It has been such a long time. =)
