Blogging has brought me to a lot of places and I am privileged to be invited to OSIM Building for the OSIM uLove private event to experience the new OSIM uLove massage chair! I am really excited about it and I can’t wait to share this with you guys.
To be frank, ever since I started working as a Business Development Manager with Foodpanda, I have been constantly feeling tired. Ya, I am literally as tired as a dog. lol so besides food hunting with friends, massage/spa has always been a great idea for me to relax and rejuvenate. Hence, it is almost a no brainer to guess that I have been contemplating getting a massage chair when I get my own house. So I was looking forward to the event. As I entered the building, I could literally feel love in the air with all the rose petals at the reception counter. So much so that I forgot to snap a picture!
Although I was on juice cleansing program while attending the event, the first place that I went straight to upon entering OSIM building was the dessert table. Oh my tian (which mean oh my god), the dessert table is so beautiful can!
I was tempted but no worries, I didn’t eat any of those as I do not want my efforts of detox to go to waste.
Next, I went over to the Neal’s Yard Remedies section where there was a beautiful range of organic skincare/ bodycare/ haircare products and essential oil on display. The peeps around the table were also very friendly to share patiently with me about their products. They even made a bespoke massage oil for me to bring home. For those who don’t know about Neal’s Yard Remedies, they are famous for their skincare products and the products do not contain silicones, mineral oils, parabens, GM ingredients, phthalates, propylene glycol and acrylates! Sounds amazing, right? Even Katherine was raving about it too.
There was also the cocktail counter where they concocted 4 different customised uLove drinks for all the guests at the event. Again, I was tempted but heng (luckily in Hokkien) my determination to detox was strong enough. I had a couple of strawberries though. =D
The highlight of the event for me was the Lifestyle Zone where each of the guest gets to experience the OSIM uLove massage chair for a good 30 minutes! I even fell asleep during that 30 minutes! Unlike the other massage chairs, the new OSIM uLove massage chair is really different.

Personally, I like the way the massage was done on my body. It is not too hard, not too stiff and not too gentle that you can’t feel a thing.
