Not sure if it is a sign of age catching up. Nowadays, I prefer to go grocery window shopping at the supermarket/ convenience store and spend heaps of time looking at the products available. I have also realised there are quite a few number of new products and promotions going on recently. One of the more interesting one is the Tao Kae Noi promotion that comes with ZALORA shopping vouchers! Yup, you have heard me right! San SeSan Global, the sole distributor of Tao Kae Noi in Singapore, has tied up with one of the biggest online fashion store, Zalora. With every packet of Tao Kae Noi seaweed snack, there is a $10 Zalora voucher given within the packet. Best of all, there is no minimum spending required to redeem the voucher and there is also a chance to win prizes such as $1,000 Zalora gift card, 1 year supply of Tae Kae Noi seaweed snacks, shoes and clothes. The campaign is running till 15 Dec. For more information, you can check out Zalora’s website. =) #dontsayibojioIt is a constant struggle for me to choose white bread or whole-grain bread as I very much prefer the soft texture of a white bread. But I would make to enjoy the goodness from whole-grain bread as well. So I am very glad that Sunshine has recently unveiled the new Extra Fine Sprouted White Bread which uses sprouted whole-grains with a white wheat variety. So now I can have both the nutrients and the soft texture of the white bread! This new product is also certified by Health Promotion Board as a healthier choice and meets the US Whole Grain Council’s whole grain requirement of exceeding 16g of whole grains per serving. You can also find out more on Sunshine’s website Christmas is always a season where many merchants launch their festive promotions. The Happy Bowl comes in 3 colours – yellow, red and green. I can already come out with several permutations to collect all 3 of the Happy Bowl, especially when there are some promotions going on for greater savings with every 2 of the products purchased. Some of the promotions are as per follow –

Living in a tropical island, there is always an unceasing thirst for a dose of fizzy cold goodness to quench our thirst on a sweltering hot day. But I hate the fact that many of the carbonated drinks came packed with high dosage of sugar. Thank God that I have found a no sugar and zero calories sparkling water from Ice Mountain. The Ice Mountain Sparkling Water was recently launched with 2 different flavours – lemon and Grapefruit. I have tried both and my vote go to the grapefruit one as it offers a refreshing fizz without me feeling that I am drinking something overly artificial. With people getting more educated with the health benefits that tagged along with Superfood, products associated with cactus is gaining popularity vote.
