Eclat by Six, time to support local

I love scents and to me, a scent is not just a pleasant smell, it is closely linked to a memory, a mood or even an impression of a person. Hence, I am always on the look out for new scents to create different memories in life. Instead of going to international brands, have you thought of supporting local? Yes, you have heard me right, how does a made-in-Singapore fragrance inspired by a travel experience sounds to you? Being an explorer at heart, Singapore artisanal fragrance brand, Scent by Six, intrigued me!
Eclat by Six-6
Inspired by 3 totally gorgeous travel destinations that Scent by Six’s founder, Jason Lee, was really fond of, 123 Tribeca, 1724 Puka and 27°F Biei were created. While 123 tribeca (Top note of Dried Orange peel and lemon, Ginger and Rosemary and bottom note of Brazillian Rosewood) was inspired by fast paced New York Manhattan, 1724 Puka (Mint, Bergemot, Rhubarb with Jasmine and Celery seeds as the ending notes) was a happy scent that was en-kindled by Boracay and 1724 being the time of the sunset where it was warm and romantic.

27°F Birei would appeal to Japan loving holidays goers with the scents of Japanese lavender, Bulgarian rose, Mandarin orange and Green tea that reminded them of the beautiful autumn leaves shedding, lovely breeze blowing and that calm yet comforting vibes. Oh yes, have you noticed how unique the bottles are? The twist and turn bottles are leakage-proof and super travel friendly. At 20ml per bottle, you can easily slot into any bag and bring it on flight. Best of all, they are recyclable! Simply clean it with ethanol, air dry the bottle and you can refill it with your favorite scent.

During my short meeting with Jason, I got to understand that the brand name, Six, is inspired by our sixth sense and also he was inspired to develop 6 different perfume to suit every individual. All the perfumes under the brand are unisex as scent is a very personal thing and he wanted to concoct scents that are suitable for both sexes.
Eclat by Six-13
Eclat by Six is the latest scent and limited edition from this homegrown brand. It was inspired by the miracles in life and Jason wanted to translate that thankfulness of the miracles he experienced into a scent. Hence, the birth of Eclat.
Eclat by Six-5
With an opening notes of Neroli, Lemon Peel and Lavender, followed by hints of Fuji Apple and pear and bottom notes of hints of spices, cocoa and vanilla, Eclat by Six is refreshing yet giving you a warm and fuzzy feeling that is akin to being in love. I would say this is definitely the perfume for a romantic night out!
Eclat by Six-15
Besides perfumes, Six also has a new range of diffusers that offers you the 3 different aromas from the existing fragrances.
