For people who love fruit based cocktails, this is the place to go. Both Uno Jang from THE LAND OF KIMCHI and Satoshi Iwai from THE LAND OF SASHIMI are great mixologists that make cocktails using the freshest ingredients that they can find. I have tried a gin based cocktail with tomato and passionfruit that left me with nothing but praises. As many would know, tomato is not an easy ingredient to pair with, all I can say is, please go and try it yourself.

The Duo, Jerrold Khoo and Josiah Chee, might look young but you will be surprised by their knowledge with spirits, especially whiskey. Well, Flagship might be a whiskey bar but cocktails here are equally impressive. Some of Jerrod’s signatures are Chai Negroni, passionfruit daiquiri, bramble, last word and elderflower sour while Josiah Chee has this competition drink made with oriental vermouth that left a deep impression on me.
