Aqua Hydro Bomb Facial at Kuko Beauty

For those who has been following my social media platform for a while would know that doing facial is one of the most important thing of my beauty regime as I strongly believe that a good facial would help our homecare to do more wonders to our face and prolong our youth. Hence, after my Myanmar trip, the first thing that I did after I am back was to book a facial appointment with Kuko Beauty.
Aqua Bomb Facial @ Kuko
This is my second time to Kuko Beauty as I really like the result of my first facial. Located at Orchard Central level 3, Kuko Beauty is a hidden gem that is very accessible via public transport and even parking is also relatively inexpensive (Mon to Sat, 2am to 5:59pm, first Block $2.14 per hour and $1.07 per half hour or part thereof).

As I have mentioned, I have recently came back from my Myanmar trip with World Vision, all those merciless weather conditions as well as late night sleep and ultra dry inflight air have taken a toll on my skin. When I was at Kuko Beauty, my skin was so dry that it was becoming very sensitive. Hence, the beautician at Kuko Beauty recommended me to do the Aqua Hydro Bomb Facial to replenish the moisture and to ease the irritation caused by dryness. This is a new facial treatment that is available at Kuko Beauty and I was very blessed to book the appointment at the right time! Talking about timing! hehe

After a comfortable head massage coupled with essential oil, any traces of makeup was removed with a makeup remover and a double cleansing was done before the beautician used a skillful yet relaxing facial massage technique to help me do a facial scrub.

After putting my face under the steamer for several minutes to facilitate for the extraction, this was perhaps the most uncomfortable part for the whole facial – EXTRACTION!!! But I gladly welcomed it as my pores were clogged pores and the sight of the strawberry nose when I looked into the mirror was totally annoying. But not to worry, I feel that the pain from the extraction was bearable and there was a complimentary eyebrow trimming service too.

What followed was an enjoyable session of penetrating the M3 Finish Ampoule with an ultrasound machine. The device was slightly warm and together with the ampoule which contains 30% hyaluronic acid, it helped to promote blood circulation, skin rejuvenation as well as to replenish the moisture loss!

The last 10 minutes was perhaps my favourite part of the whole facial. After using the machine, the beautician also used the B5 Gel and the ampoule to do a facial massage which helped to prevent fine lines formation, tighten the skin and aid in the cell regeneration. When a sheet mask was applied onto my face, there was a good 5 minutes of shoulder massage with jojoba oil to loosen those tight shoulder muscles.

To round the facial up, there was a nice head massage. Look at my skin, it is now brighter, moisturised and supple.

Oh yes, how could I forget the delicious snow fungus with lotus seed dessert! Known for its beauty benefit of nourishing the body and boost skin hydration, Kuko Beauty pampers my skin from inside out! Once might be luck, but twice is definitely skill. Having 2 great facial experiences at Kuko Beauty, I would definitely recommend you to check out this place for your next facial needs. If it has been a while since your last facial, perhaps you can give Kuko Beauty a try.
