Ansa Hotel KL, prime location with comfy bed.

When I got the invite to attend the Grand Opening of Robinson KL, I jumped at the opportunity for a short getaway and to check out the newly revamped rooms in Ansa Hotel.

One of the things that I really like about Ansa Hotel in KL is its location! It is literally smacked right in the middle of KL downtown with 2 minutes walk to Bukit Bintang station and a stone throw away from Pavilion! Oh yes, if you are looking at going to KL Selfie Musuem, it is just beside the hotel!

Besides having Koi, Greyhound Cafe, Starbucks and 3 money changers located near the lobby of Ansa Hotel, the hotel lobby was clean and spacious.

If Grab is one of your main mode of transport in KL, you will be thrilled to find that there are a waiting area located near the hotel lobby.

Once I walked in, I noticed that the room has a more modern and contemporary look. While the toilet and shower area remains the same layout, I noticed that there is a new full length mirror and the vanity area has been shifted next to the shower area.

Oh yes, if having a good night sleep is Super important to you, I had one of the most well rested trip this year! In fact, we spent more time chill-laxing in the hotel room, listening to music, surfing the net (yes to complimentary high speed wifi) and napping. The bed at Ansa Hotel was so comfortable that I actually miss the bed once I am home! Fluffy pillows, thick bedding and mattress that is just not too soft or too hard! Leong agreed with me on this too!

With the table divider gone, in place of it was a nice mini bar, bigger wardrobe space and even a safe in the built-in cabinet.

If you are looking for a fuss free stay equipped with the basic necessities, friendly hotel staff and centralised location, I would highly recommend Ansa Hotel KL for your next upbound trip.
