On top of the existing 4 pizza flavours (Classic Aloha, Shrooms with Chicken, Meat Lover’s and Spicy Chicken Delight), Sunshine has recently launched two new additions to its sumptuous range of ready-made pizzas: Tom Yum Chicken Pizza and Tuna with Shrooms & Onions Pizza. Topped with juicy chicken chunks, green capsicum, onions, mushrooms and mozzarella on Sunshine’s very own tom yum base, this flavor is spicier than I expected! At the convenience of our home, you can either oven toast it or microwave the pizza. But my advice is oven toast it if you like your pizza crust to be crispy.
I have tried to microwave the Tuna with Shrooms & Onions Pizza but it turned out with a soggy dough base which tasted similar to the texture of steamed bread. However the portion of the pizza and the combination of tuna flakes, sliced mushrooms, diced tomatoes and onions is quite sufficient to fight that hunger pangs. A sprinkle of chili flakes and parmesan cheese would be good to add that extra flavours to the pizza.

Blue Butterfly Pea, Pineapple and Passionfruit Mocktail Recipe
This recipe serves four.
Ingredients:
1 bottle of Ribena Pineapple & Passionfruit
1/2 lemon
7 fresh or dried blue butterfly pea flower
Sufficient ice cubes
Directions:
Step 1: Make a pot of blue butterfly pea flowers
Step 2:Combine the following in a pitcher–Ribena Pineapple and Passionfruit, lemon juice, blue butterfly pea tea and ice
Step 3:Pour the concoction into the glass
Step 4:Garnish and it is ready to serve
This is a very easy to make mocktail concoction. I have also tried to make cocktail by replacing the blue butterfly pea with vodka. Simply let your creative juices flow and you can enjoy mocktails/ cocktails at the convenience of your home. =)
