Watsons has recently opened its first concept store at Heartbeat@Bedok. Unlike any other Watsons store islandwide, Watsons Health @ Heartbeat, is a first-of-its-kind retail space collaborated with local social movement Active Health with the aim to provide an integrated platform for the customers to have a more holistic approach towards healthcare!
Besides the regular retail experience where you can get all the healthcare products from literally head to toe, there is a Sports Specialist, a General Practitioner, and a Pharmacist housed under one roof. This is to provide consumers with an one stop solution at the new concept store.
Co-sharing the space with Active Health Discovery, Watsons Health @ Heartbeat also offers an interactive area with a self-guided introduction to Active Health as well as information on related products and tips to aid consumer in making smarter decision while managing their health and wellness.
Watsons Health @ Heartbeat is not just a retail space to purchase over-the-counter products, it is also an integrated platform that brings together retail, pharmacists together with healthcare experts from cardiatrics to sports health to empower consumers to take a more pro-active in their overall well-being!
