Whenever occasions call for gatherings, I always feel that buffet is the best choice ever as there is more variety to cater for everyone’s preferences. From 1 April to 30 June 2016, every Thursday to Sunday, Park Hotel at Clarke Quay will be featuring ‘Viva Seafood Fiesta’ dinner buffet, dishing up seafood delicacies with flavours of Spain, as well as the comeback of the cook-to-order star dish, ‘Lobster in a Pan’. I guess that calls for a visit to this beautiful hotel near the lovely stretch along Robertson Quay.
What is a spanish affair without PAELLE?
You will be thrilled to find Arròs Negre (Valencia Squid Ink Rice with Seafood) served in the buffet line as well.
Diners can also feast from the varieties of 15 other spanish dishes from Tuna Empanada to Gambas Al Ajillo (Spanish-style Garlic Shrimp, this is a must try! Super yummy! Bread lovers, mai tu liao, dip your bread into the aromatic gravy!) to Spanish-style Roast Pork Belly with Smoked Paprika to Baked Mussels with Herbs Crust!
Seafood lovers can also tuck into the fine selection of cold seafood available.
Crustacean lovers will also be delighted to find Creamy Butter Rock Crab to Black Pepper Crab and Chilli Crab!
To end the dinner on a sweet note, there are chocolate fondue fountain, durian pengyat and an array of cakes to be enjoyed. Don’t forget to get your hands on the mini Cornetto & Magnum too!

$55++ per adult, $27++ per child for children aged 6 to 12 years old and if your kid is under 6 years, it is complimentary!
