Located at Adler Hostel Singapore, Nest Tea Bar is newly open for about 2 weeks. Just as the name suggests, you can find a selection of teatails ($5.90) and hot tea brews ($4.90). Besides that, you can also find a selection of tarts and cakes ($7.90).

Due to the merciless weather in Singapore, I have only tried the teatails which are served cold. Amongst all the refreshing teatails, my favourite is the blissful berries which is like an adult version of ribena but is less sweet. The rest of the teatails are good as well, with my peers liking many of the other flavours.
Besides serving a good range of refreshing teatails, the interior here is very cosy and quiet. I have came back twice and met with the same man who was using the computer. This place might be a good alternative for people who work away from offices. 😉

From where the former Oz Specialty Coffee was, a new cafe was also newly opened this month. However there is no coffee being served. Instead, you will see artisan Tea, and brunch items such as eggs benedict and waffles.
Interestingly Maison De The is affiliated to the folks behind Les Patisseries in Toa Payoh. Thus you will find a reduced menu of similar items. So good news for the folks at Thomson estate, you will no longer need to travel to Toa Payoh to try Les Patisseries’ bakes.
