In the month of September, 1 Market has launched another edition of its thematic fair. Besides its existing spread of buffet line, the Eat-All-You-Can Crab Extravaganza buffet features crabs cooked in many different ways. Crab afficionados can rub their hands with glee as they enjoy the feast with their family and friends. You will be pleased to find Snow King Crabs and Flower Crabs displayed in abundance at the cold seafood counter for your feasting. 
Besides the cold seafood, there is the Japanese theme which you can look out for with items such as Oden Hotpot Soup with Crab Stick and Soft Crab Maki. For Asian wok-fried theme, diners get to enjoy free flow of local favourites such as Salted Egg Crab and Black Pepper Crab. 
Avocado and crab lovers can also look forward to Crabmeat with Avocado Salad on the buffet line.
Before all the crab feasting, diners can also start with something light and refreshing such as the Glass Noodle Crabmeat Salad with lime Leaves. 
The Eat-All-You-Can Crab Extravaganza buffet is available till 30 September 2015. With 450 seating, you can be sure that it is more than enough to accommodate any huge group dining.
