Loacker has been one of J’s favourite snack to munch on while we watch television or simply lazing around doing nothing at home. We are drawn to the creamy texture sandwiched between those light and crispy wafers. Thus we were elated to be invited to a special Loacker dessert session at Two Bakers when we get to preview Loacker’s new Raspberry-Yoghurt flavour together with an array of dessert specially created for the night. 
To celebrate Loacker’s 90th anniversary, Raspberry-Yoghurt flavour, a new flavour was released in Singapore. Specially for this Loacker blogger party, Loacker has collaborated with Two Bakers to come out with a dessert table made with the theme in line with the new Raspberry-Yoghurt flavour. We were also given a choice of either having a Butternut Mushroom Risotto or a Seafood Vongole Aglio Olio as our mains before we proceed to enjoy the much anticipated dessert spread. 
Some of the desserts that we have tried were the Tiramisu made using the espresso wafer, panna cotta glass verrine with raspberry sauce made using the millk vanilla wafer, mini ricotta cheesecake made using the raspberry wafer..etc. It is good to know that for every 100g of raspberry-yoghurt cream filling, about 10g of sun-ripened raspberries are gently processed, with no hydrogenated fat and no added flavourings or preservatives.
Although 74% of the wafer consists of the cream filling, the wafer is not cloyingly sweet. 
Besides tasting different desserts at the dessert table, we also got the chance to decorate our own cupcakes. The one that I decorated was the pink one while J’s was the one with white buttercream. Not bad, right? With the cafe culture growing strong in Singapore, Loacker has also collaborated with the selected cafes to allow consumers to enjoy their favourite Loacker wafers around the island. At the end of the event, we were also given a bag of goodies from Loacker. The new Loacker Quadratini Raspberry-Yoghurt is available in 3 sizes- 220g (Retail Price: S$4.95), 110g (Retail Price: S$2.95) and 37.5g (Retail Price: S$1). Together with other Loacker products, Loacker new Raspberry-Yoghurt flavour is available at selected NTUC FairPrice, Cold Storage, 7-Eleven, Cheers outlets and selected cafés islandwide.
