The popular English Afternoon Tea buffet at L’Espresso in Goodwood Park will be featuring a beautiful selection of pretty-in-pink items specially created for the Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
So how can we do good by dining at L’Espresso?
With every guest who dines in the English Afternoon Tea buffet in October, Goodwood Park Hotel will be giving out a pink ribbon pin worth $2 and the hotel will donate the value of the total number of pins given out to the Breast Cancer Foundation (BCF).
Diners can also make a minimum of $2 donation or more for the pins at The Deli via a BCF donation box. It is also good to know that all the donation received will go to BCF.
If you are thinking pink food equals sweet treats, you will be pleased to find some savoury pink food such as the Finger Sandwiches (Turkey Ham with Granny Smith Apple & Cheddar, Pepper Beef Pastrami with Gruyere Cheese & Sauerkraut, Egg Mayo & Sakura Denbu, Meatloaf & Zucchini Piccata and Tuna Mayo with Celery), Open Faced Sandwiches (Atlantic Shrimp Cocktail with Raspberry Aioli, Smoked Salmon with Beetroot Mousse & Avruga Caviar and Salami & Truffle Mille-Feuille with Pickled Cornichon) and Cold Delicatessen (Beetroot Smoked Salmon with Condiments, Pink Radish and Salmon Rillettes, Beetroot Cream Cheese with Pine Nuts).
For dessert wise, there are Pink Chocolate Fountain, Assorted Chocolate Truffles, Pink Pastries (Pink Donut, Pink Berries Macaron, Rose Petals Delights, Mini Raspberry Cupcake, Strawberry Tartlet, Pink Vanilla Eclair and Strawberry Panna Cotta).
Goodwood Park has a special blend, Pink Flamingo (green tea with crimson hibiscus blossoms) from TWG Tea to complement the pink treats! You can also enjoy a glass of bubbly Laurent-Perrier Cuvee Rose Champagne by topping up $24 per adult from Mondays to Thursdays and $28 per adult from Fridays to Sundays. You can choose to top up for a bottle of champagne at $188. Before you start wondering, all these special treats are offering on top of the usual high tea treats!
The English Afternoon Tea with PINK treats at L’Espresso for the Breast Cancer Awareness Month is priced at the usual $45 per adult and $22.50 per child from Mondays to Thursdays, $48 per adult and $24 per child from Fridays to Sundays and it includes 2 servings of coffee and tea from a selection of TWG Tea.
